Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging interactions and uses customer feedback to improve experiences.
• Partners with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging visual experience for UO customers.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience utilizing MPOS, POS, and curbside/in-store pickup.
• Acts as floor service leader, guiding the team to prioritize the customer experience and store goals.
• Onboards new hires and provides timely, specific feedback to foster growth and accountability.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse, engaged team.
