Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking an Assistant Manager at our New Orleans store to support service experiences, visual processes, and day-to-day operations. You will work with partners to maintain an engaging store environment and lead the team to meet store objectives.

As a floor service leader, you will drive engagement, onboard new hires, and partner with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent while ensuring omni-channel orders are processed accurately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Proven ability to develop great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Urban Outfitters brand (UO)

Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture and omni-channel shopping experiences (MPOS, POS, in-store & curbside pick-up).
• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and collaborates with Visual Merchandising to create engaging visuals.
• Supports opening/closing office procedures and daily store operations.
• Assists Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse, engaged team.
• Provides timely feedback to foster growth and accountability.
