You will train the team on store processes, lead as manager-on-duty, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and drive daily visual operations including planning, execution, and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead store visual merchandising and display to reflect the FP brand and create an engaging customer experience.
Train team on store processes and standards; provide actionable feedback.
Participate as manager-on-duty; recruit, hire and onboard new staff to build bench strength.
Manage daily payroll and adapt visual support to business needs; plan and execute visual plans within budgets and timelines.
Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention in store operations.
Communicate effectively to share product knowledge and visual priorities with the team.
