Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience required.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through experiences that are engaging, efficient and personalized; interprets Voice of customer feedback and team insights to positively improve interactions.
• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and collaborates on engaging visual experiences.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Leads floor service, driving engagement and prioritizing customer experience to meet store objectives.
• Onboards new hires and provides timely feedback to develop the team.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting and retaining a diverse, engaged team.
