Qualifications include 1+ years in retail, strong customer service and merchandising experience, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Qlik. Availability for nights/weekends and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments required.
• Prior customer service experience, training experience, and prior merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance experience preferred.
• Computer skills with Google Workspace and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service to ensure effective resolution.
