Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments
• Customer service experience and training experience preferred
• Experience with merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance in retail environments is a plus
• Availability to work nights and weekends, 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions
• Promote company-wide initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions)
• Create effective work schedules for assigned area
• Guide and support team to ensure task completion and foster collaboration
• Support training for store associates and growth opportunities
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate signage and ticketing; manage backroom stock and sales floor flow
• Verify pricing on incoming shipments and report discrepancies
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, and recalls per company policies
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards
• Supervise store operations during openings/closings when designated
• Operate a cash register as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
