Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in retail environments.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise handling experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives such as donations, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to the team to ensure task completion and foster a collaborative environment.
• Assist with store training to enable growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and backroom stock management.
