Ocean State Job Lot in Bangor, ME is seeking a Store Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and freight flow under a Team Leader. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and serve as a development path toward leadership roles within OSJL.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments required.
• Prior customer service training and merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking experience preferred.
• Computer skills: Google platform and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives, manage work schedules, and support training.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, signage, backroom stock, and sales floor flow.
• Verify pricing on shipments and manage transfers, returns, and compliance with policies.
