Qualifications

• Computer skills include Google platform apps and Qlik.
• Available for nights and weekends as needed by the business.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Bridge customer needs to corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide initiatives and manage merchandise presentation.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance, training support, and foster a collaborative team.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, signage, and backroom stock management.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and operate a cash register as needed.
