Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Area Supervisor in Leominster, MA to oversee daily operations and merchandising in assigned areas. You’ll ensure smooth freight flow and exceptional customer experiences under a Team Leader, with a clear path toward leadership roles.

You’ll guide scheduling, train associates, manage signage and pricing accuracy, and support store initiatives like donations and loyalty programs, while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in retail or similar environment.
• Experience in customer service, training, and merchandising in retail is preferred.
• Computer skills including Google Workspace and Qlik are required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive shopping environment.
• Bridge customers with corporate customer service to resolve issues.
