This role is a development path toward future OSJL leadership, with responsibilities including guiding staff, creating schedules, supporting training, maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Customer service, training, and merchandise handling experience preferred.
• Computer skills using Google Workspace and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service, ensuring effective resolution.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives and merchandising programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion and growth.
• Support training for store associates and growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure timely adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage and pricing, and manage backroom stock and flow.
• Operate daily pricing checks and report errors or discrepancies.
