Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments.
• Customer service and training experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates to enable growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage per Company guidelines.
• Verify pricing and perform daily manifest checks.
• When designated, supervise store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
