Job summary

Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a store area and oversee operations as part of the leadership team. You will supervise Associates, ensure a safe shopping environment, and maintain professional appearance while executing company processes.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and supervisory experience, with familiarity of POS systems. Evening and weekend work will be involved, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure environment on the sales floor.
• Supervise Associates and manage store operations during shifts.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, cleanliness and recovery per guidelines.
• Lead Front End operations and cashier procedures to meet service standards.
• Train and coach Associates on cash handling, signs, and loss prevention.
• Assist in payroll and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
