Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a specific area of the store and the general operations when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the store and supervise associates to ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness; ensure security and loss prevention practices are followed.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and front-end procedures; manage break schedules.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on administrative duties and stocking, inventory, and customer service.
