Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates when on duty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment with proper merchandise presentation.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Control payroll, break schedules and ensure front-end efficiency.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, and compliance with company policies.
