Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and ensure proper safety practices.
• Supervise Associates and oversee daily store operations in the Manager on Duty capacity.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean, organized store.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, loss prevention, and front-end procedures.
• Oversee stockroom organization, back stock processing, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
