Job summary

Floor & Décor is hiring for a role that greets customers and manages the storage buy pick-up process. The position is available for full-time and part-time candidates, with base pay starting at $15.15 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process.
• Assist customers with storage buy orders and the company’s SOP.
• Verify identity of pickup person and capture required information.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS and stock shelves as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers with questions and selections.
