Job summary

Floor & Décor is hiring associates to greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available; base pay starts at $15.55 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

You will meet and greet storage buy customers, verify identity, manage pick-ups, assist with product knowledge, stock shelves, and ensure safety SOPs are followed. Growth opportunities and benefits accompany this fast-paced retail role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company’s car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with SOP for phone answering.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders.
• Obtain required customer information for all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers.
• Stock products and maintain brand standards.
• Act in line with company core values.
