Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone SOP.
• Verify the identity of the pickup person to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for all pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOP for lifting and handling.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core roles.
