Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organized displays in the department.
• Process transactions at the POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Lead store demonstrations and "how-to" classes for customers.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification as required.
• Communicate SOPs and policy changes to all associates in a timely fashion.
• Assist with inventory needs and product placement in the showroom floor.
