Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or higher with relevant sales/management experience in stone.
• Bachelors degree in Business or related field with 3+ years of sales/management in the stone business preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop associates and manage performance.

Responsabilités

• Increase revenue and meet budget for each fiscal year.
• Develop relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Define goals for Stone personnel and communicate objectives to staff.
• Provide leadership and direction in pursuit of store objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals with key customers.
• Manage expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Train and develop associates across customer service, order management, warehouse, and office duties.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety programs.
