Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a Stone Center Manager to lead sales within the store coverage area, develop customer relationships, and oversee daily operations. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, managing staff, and ensuring policy compliance while driving growth across the Stone Center network.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and 5+ years relevant stone sales experience required OR
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3+ years relevant sales/management experience in the stone business.

Responsibilities

• Increases revenue for the Stone Center within assigned store coverage areas to meet company objectives.
• Develops and retains strong relationships with key customers to achieve sales goals and maximize market penetration.
• Manages store operations and personnel in alignment with company policies and procedures, including training and development of staff.
• Provides leadership and direction to Stone Center personnel to achieve store objectives.
• Negotiates with key customers, analyzes market trends, and oversees budgeting and expenditures.
