Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Stone Center Manager to drive sales growth across assigned store coverage areas and manage daily store operations. You will develop strong customer relationships and lead a team to meet revenue, margin, and budget goals.

Responsibilities include negotiating with key customers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring adherence to company policies. A strong leadership background and industry knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

HS diploma and 5+ years relevant stone sales experience required OR
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3+ years relevant sales/management experience in the stone business.

Responsibilities

Increases revenue and achieves budget objectives for each fiscal year.
Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
Defines goals and objectives for Stone personnel and communicates them to staff regularly.
Provides leadership and direction to pursue store objectives with employees.
Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration and margin potential.
Develops and implements strategic plans to meet corporate goals.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, pricing, and discounts.
Advises customers on product selection, pricing, and sales volume, and builds customer relations.
Meets with key customers to negotiate and close deals.
Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budget.
