Qualifications

• HS diploma with 5+ years stone sales experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Business and 3+ years sales/management in stone.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven leadership, teamwork and training skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow up consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Dal-Tile PIT certified.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, budget and business objectives for each year.
• Develop relationships with key customers in the store coverage area.
• Lead Stone Center staff and define goals for performance.
• Coordinate safety, training and day-to-day operations.
• Negotiate with customers, review pricing and discounts.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze sales reports and margins.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies including hiring and performance.
