Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to deliver compassionate resident care in a healthcare setting. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital sign monitoring while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Under supervision, you will document care, collaborate with the nursing team, and support residents with social activities. New graduates are welcome to apply and participate in growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Current STNA certification.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support mobility including turning, positioning, transferring, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care provided in EHR or paper charts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other professionals in care planning.
• Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed.
