Job summary

Paycom is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to support residents in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will assist with ADLs, monitor health indicators, and document care in the EHR while maintaining safety and comfort for each resident.

You will work as part of a compassionate team, reporting changes to the nursing staff and helping with mobility, nutrition, and daily routines. High school diploma or equivalent and active STNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• STNA certification required and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Document care provided in the EHR and maintain accurate records.
• Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity daily.
