Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and document observations in EHR.

Strong communication and teamwork are required to ensure resident safety and comfort. Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, mobility, nutrition, and reporting changes to the nursing staff, while maintaining infection control and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and active STNA certification.
• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support mobility with transfer and positioning; use devices as needed.
• Assist with feeding and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Document care and resident responses in the EHR or charts.
• Monitor vital signs as directed and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
