Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care for residents in a healthcare setting in Alliance, Nebraska. Under licensed nurse supervision, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, feeding, and comfort, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using assistive devices.
Assist with meals, monitor nutrition and hydration.
Measure and report vital signs to nursing staff.
Document care in EHR or paper charts; maintain records.
Maintain safety, infection control, and PPE usage.
Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other professionals; participate in care planning.
Assist with transportation to appointments within the facility.
