Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential resident care in a healthcare setting. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and document care in the EHR.

This role emphasizes safety, compassion, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to care plans, participate in safety protocols, and support residents’ comfort. Certifications and a HS diploma are required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• STNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare/long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation with assistive devices.
• Assist with feeding and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Document care given and residents' responses in the EHR or paper charts.
• Report changes in condition to supervising nurse and document concerns.
