Paycom - ATS in Ohio seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential resident care under a licensed nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents to support safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current STNA certification required.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
• Help with mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Feed residents and monitor nutrition and hydration; record intake.
• Measure and report vital signs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Document care in EHR or paper charts accurately and timely.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment; follow infection control.
• Provide compassionate support and engage residents to promote well being.
• Collaborate with nursing and other staff; participate in care planning.
