Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• New grads welcome; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care and resident responses in EHR.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and comfort; promote dignity.
