The University of Kentucky is seeking a STEPS Employee Records Clerk to support the Employee Records team within Human Resources. The primary duty is to upload documents into the employee records system.
The role also includes filing, scanning, retrieving records, assisting with No For Rehire, and VOE verifications, plus routine office tasks to keep the department organized and compliant.
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 25lbs, sitting or standing for long periods of time, and repetitive motion.

The STEPS Employee Records Clerk will provide flexible support to the Employee Records team within the Human Resources department. The primary responsibility of this role is to upload documents into the employee records system.
