Support purchasing and procurement activities by preparing SRM e-catalog orders for office and laboratory supplies, computers, and technical equipment. Process and maintain purchasing documentation, including goods confirmations and supporting documentation, ensuring transactions comply with University requirements and standards. Support reconciliation of accounts. Track monthly animal inventories, and sales.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
