Two years of administrative support preferably within unemployment claim management, records management, Human Resources, claims administration, or related experience.
Monday – Friday
Specific schedule will be established based on operational needs.

Our Unemployment Administration team is seeking a motivated individual to provide critical support to our Unemployment department. This position plays an essential role in delivering high-quality service to employees, managers, and external partners, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all interactions.
This position serves as the primary onsite administrative resource for claim intake, document management, records retention, and workflow support. It is designated as 100% onsite as the duties include: handling confidential personnel records, receiving physical unemployment correspondence, scanning documents, and supporting time-sensitive unemployment claims processes.
