Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, offers the STEP program—a 12-month rotational training track designed to educate and develop emerging professionals across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty tracks.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through on-the-job learning, e-learning, mentor-led training, and residency trips, with exposure to corporate operations and strategic initiatives,

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum GPA 3.0.
Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude.
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable team player.
