Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, Engineering, Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude with strong communication.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, subject matter expert training and residency trips.
• Present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion.
