Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, offers a 12-month rotational program to develop leaders across Warehouse/Logistics, Sales, Projects, Marketing, and Outside Sales. Participants gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training, e-learning, and mentor guidance, with exposure to both site and corporate operations.

Beginning in June 2027, the program emphasizes career growth, cross-functional collaboration, and networking opportunities, culminating in a presentation to the Executive Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month dynamic rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Engage in site and corporate operations exposure and residency trips.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion.
