OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is offering a 12-month STEP rotational program for emerging professionals. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The program starts in June 2027 and includes executive presentations. Required qualifications include a BA/BS in Business Admin, SCM, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field and a

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, SCM, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic rotational program and adapt to multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.
• Present learnings and project initiatives to Executive Leadership at program conclusion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business acumen and support company goals.
