OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for its STEP program in San Leandro, CA. The 12-month rotational program trains you across key business areas to build broad skills and leadership potential.

You\'ll rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, and Outside Sales, with additional team-building and travel opportunities; starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated communication, time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across core business areas.
• Gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, marketing, and procurement.
• Present to executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
