Job summary

World Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across core business areas. Participants will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, and Outside Sales tracks, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The program emphasizes site and corporate exposure, e-commerce, and strategic initiatives, with a conclusion presentation to the Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Hands-on experience in every aspect of the business through on-the-job training, e-learning, SME training and residency trips
• Rotations include exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and business philosophy
• At program conclusion, present to Executive Leadership on key initiatives
• Opportunity to grow career within Sonepar and participate in mentorship programs
