OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar group, is launching the STEP 12‑Month Emerging Professionals Program in San Leandro, CA. This dynamic program educates, trains, and develops skills through hands-on experience in operations, sales, procurement, and E‑Commerce with both site and corporate exposure.

Starting in June 2027, participants rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, and Outside Sales, plus mentor-led

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations cover Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, Outside Sales.
• Gained exposure to site and corporate operations, procurement, project management, and E‑Commerce.
• At program end, present key initiatives to Executive Leadership.
