Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals with hands-on experience in warehouse logistics, sales, procurement, and E‑commerce.

The program begins in June 2027, includes site and corporate exposure, mentorship, and a final presentation to our Executive Leadership team; on-site roles in Oceanside CA or Fullerton CA pay $70,304–$72,384 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month STEP rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Outside Sales/Specialty Track, and other core functions.
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, SME sessions and residency trips.
• Prepare and present key initiatives to the Executive Leadership team at program end.
