Job summary

OneSource Distributors in Oceanside/Fullerton, CA, offers a 12‑month STEP rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, procurement, and e-commerce, with exposure to site and corporate operations.

The program runs starting June 2027, providing mentorship, travel opportunities, and a path to leadership within a global electrical distributor network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in STEP rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training, e-learning, and residency trips.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program end.
