OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking ambitious emerging professionals for its STEP program starting June 2027. This 12-month rotation exposes you to Warehouse, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, with on-the-job training and mentor support.

Located in California, this exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and a pathway to develop business acumen through hands-on experiences and residency trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required (GPA ≥3.0).
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across multiple functions including Warehouse, Inside Sales, Projects, Marketing, and Outside Sales.
• Receive on-the-job training, e-learning, and subject-matter expert instruction with residency trips.
• Prepare and present strategic initiatives to executive leadership at program conclusion.
