North Coast Electric, part of the Sonepar family, offers a 12-month STEP rotation program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals. You’ll rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track while gaining hands-on experience across site and corporate operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
