Job summary

Sonepar USA seeks high-potential graduates for the STEP rotational program starting June 2027. The program spans Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track, with hands-on exposure across sites and corporate operations.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in mentor-led training, and present key initiatives to the Executive Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, SCM, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic / self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in STEP rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Engage in team-building activities and cross-location exposure with on-the-job and mentorship support.
• Prepare for future leadership roles by completing residency-style training and executive presentations.
