Sonepar USA Inc invites you to join the STEP program, a 12-month rotational training designed to educate, train, and develop skills across the business. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.

We value self-starters with a BA/BS in business or a related field, GPA 3.0+, and strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree is required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Experience team-building activities and cross-location exposure with on-the-job learning, e-learning, subject matter expert training and residency trips
• At program conclusion, present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership
