OneSource Distributors in San Leandro, CA, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the business through on-the-job, e-learning, and residency trips.

Starting in June 2027, the program exposes you to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, E‑Commerce, and the company’s philosophy. You will present to Executive Leadership on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-start­er attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across core business areas: Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Participate in team-building activities and mentorship programs.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and residency trips.
