Clayco is seeking a Procurement Manager with real field experience in steel assemblies for large-scale projects across industrial, data center, and high-rise sectors. Qualificações

• 8+ years in steel project management, estimating, fabrication, or erector PM roles.
• Hands-on field experience; ability to read drawings and price scopes without guessing.
• Knowledge of constructability, erection sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Experience writing scope documents and labor/material pricing breakdowns.
• Familiarity with AISC SDI/SJI standards and safety regulations.
• Negotiation experience at $5M+ per scope and GMP cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings and specifications at design milestones; perform independent tonnage, joist, and deck takeoffs.
• Write field-ready scopes with inclusions/exclusions; drive RFIs to resolution before bid.
• Assess erection sequencing, crane locations, shipping, staging, and readiness for work start.
• Break out pricing by labor/material; build CBS bid packages and negotiate changes.
• Lead coordination with Operations, erectors, and subcontractors; track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Review payment applications and stored material billings; ensure accuracy and value.
