Qualifications

• Proven success in opening accounts and profitable sales growth.
• Experience in steel service centers or related manufacturing.
• Established network with purchasing and operations leaders.
• Knowledge of flat-rolled steel products and market dynamics.
• Experience selling to OEMs, fabricators, manufacturers.
• Hunter mentality with initiative and persistence.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen balancing growth and profitability.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial in managing opportunities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for new business across the steel processing, distribution, and manufacturing markets.
• Open doors and win accounts by engaging purchasing managers and other decision-makers.
• Capture market share by demonstrating superior service and value.
